Requirements:
  • Fabric scraps, at least 3 inch square
  • Basic sewing kit including spool of thread for basting
  • 1 fat quarter background fabric - solid colour preferable
  • A workshop kit will be available at Sew Inspired. The cost of the kit to be confirmed closer to workshop date but will be no more than $15
About the Instructor:
Brenda is a long-time guild member and an award-winning quilter. Her accomplishments include first prize at the 2023 Canadian Quilters' Association (CQA) national juried show in the Traditional - Wall and Bed Quilt category for her quilt "Perfectly Imperfect" which featured hand quilting and hand applique; and second place in the 2017 Northcott Sesquicentennial Quilt of Valour™ challenge for a modern quilt called “Thank you for your Service”, which she designed and pieced.
