Times: Friday 9am - 8pm, Saturday 9am - 4:30pm
Location: Kinburn Community Centre, 3045 Kinburn Side Road, Kinburn ON
Cost: $45 (includes meals - details below)
Maximum participants: 19
Registration: Begins Tuesday January 27
Food:

Friday lunch: Soup and (build your own) Sandwich
Friday dinner: Lasagna & Caesar salad
Saturday lunch: Chili (tentative)

Tea and coffee will be provided
Please bring your own snacks.

Spruceholme Inn Retreats

Registration is now open for February 2026 and November 2026 retreats at Spruceholme Inn in Fort Coulonge, Quebec. Its relatively close proximity, a large common room for quilting, good food, and great prices make this an ideal location.
In addition to very good meals, coffee, tea and water will be always available during the day. Each participant will have their own room with bath.

The retreats are scheduled for Monday-Friday. Attendees have the option to register for 3 or 4 nights.

Cost

$475 for 4 nights
$390 for 3 nights

Payment to ADQG by e-transfer, cheque or cash. See e-transfer notes below.

The retreats are open to anyone, but ADQG members receive priority if the number of registrations reaches the venue capacity limit.

Use your financial institution's e-Transfer to transfer your payment to treasurer@arnpriordistrictquiltersguild.com.

Ensure that your name is included either as the Sender, or in the Message area of your institution's e-Transfer form.
The guild's bank account is set up for automatic deposits of e-transferred funds so you will not be required to provide a security question. If you do get asked to provide a security question, please check if you are using the correct treasurer's email address above.

Caution: We have discovered that some financial institutions require a shorter email address than our treasurer email address. If you encounter this problem with your financial institution, you can use the general guild email address arnpriorquilters@gmail.com

Previous In-Town Retreat

Come join us for a 2 day local retreat! It’s going to be a wonderful time of sewing, sharing, and laughter.
Current year (2025-2026) guild members are eligible to participate.

Registration is 2 steps - you will be considered registered once your registration form AND payment have been received.

Complete the In-Town Retreat Registration Form. Be sure to include any food allergies in the area provided.
Pay the $35 fee. E-transfer is recommended because this retreat is filling up fast. E-transfer instructions are below. If you want to pay by cash or cheque please contact Martha for drop off arrangements.
