Visitor Registration
To attend a winter Zoom meeting as a visitor, you must register as a visitor by submitting an online registration form, and then send the $5 visitor fee. The registration (both steps below) must be completed by 12 noon on the day of the meeting.
Cash payment is accepted at the door for in person meetings with no advance visitor registration. However if you want to attend an in person meeting and submit the fee by e-transfer you must register online as described below by 12 noon on the day of the meeting.
To register as a visitor for a meeting
Your meeting registration will be confirmed by email on receipt of the registration form and fee payment.

To register as a visitor for a meeting
- Complete the online Visitor Registration Form.
- Send the $5 visitor fee by e-Transfer - see details below.

e-Transfer
Use your financial institution's e-Transfer to transfer the visitor fee to treasurer@arnpriordistrictquiltersguild.com.
Please ensure that your name is provided either as the Sender or in the Message area of your institution's e-Transfer form.
Note: The guild's bank account is set up for automatic deposits of e-transferred funds so you will not be required to provide a security question. If you do get asked to provide a security question, please check if you are using the correct treasurer's email address treasurer@arnpriordistrictquiltersguild.com
Caution: We have discovered that some financial institutions require a shorter email address than our treasurer email address. If you encounter this problem with your financial institution, you can use the general guild email address arnpriorquilters@gmail.com
