Visitor Registration

Visitor registration for our February 25th guild meeting is now open.
Dates of all meetings are listed on the Schedule page.
Fall & Spring Meetings
For our in person meetings, there is no requirement for visitors to register in advance. Cash payment of $5 is accepted at the door.

Winter Zoom Meetings
We welcome visitors to our January, February and March Zoom meetings.  The number of visitors is limited due to our Zoom license limit.

• Visitors must register in advance by submitting the online Visitor Registration Form AND the $5 fee by e-transfer. Details below
• ​Registration opens approximately a week before the meeting and closes for the February 25 meeting at 8 pm on Tuesday February 24.
• Registered visitors will be sent the link to the Zoom meeting via email in the afternoon of the meeting day. 
• A basic familiarity with Zoom is required by meeting attendees and can be acquired in advance of the meeting using the Learning resources on the Zoom website

To register for a winter Zoom meeting:

1. Complete the online Visitor Registration Form
2. Submit the $5 fee by e-Transfer to treasurer@arnpriordistrictquiltersguild.com​

• ​ Ensure that the visitor's name is included either as the Sender, or in the Message area of your institution's e-Transfer form.
•  The guild's bank account is set up for automatic deposits of e-transferred funds so you will not be required to provide a security question. If you do get asked to provide  a security question, please check if you are using the correct treasurer's email address above. 
• ​​Caution: We have discovered that some financial institutions require a shorter email address than our treasurer email address. If you encounter this problem with your financial institution, you can use the general guild email address arnpriorquilters@gmail.com

​​   Your registration will be confirmed by email on receipt of both your visitor registration form and payment.
