Visitor Registration
If you'd like to submit your visitor fee by e-Transfer we request that you register as a visitor by submitting an online registration form, and then send the $5 visitor fee. The registration (both steps below) must be completed by 12 noon on the day of a meeting.
Note that cash payment is accepted at the door with no advance visitor registration.
To register as a visitor for a meeting
Your meeting registration will be confirmed by email on receipt of the registration form and fee payment.

To register as a visitor for a meeting
- Complete the online Visitor Registration Form.
- Send the $5 visitor fee by e-Transfer - see details below.

e-Transfer
Use your financial institution's e-Transfer to transfer the visitor fee to treasurer@arnpriordistrictquiltersguild.com.
Please ensure that your name is provided either as the Sender or in the Message area of your institution's e-Transfer form.
Note: The guild's bank account is set up for automatic deposits of e-transferred funds so you will not be required to provide a security question. If you do get asked to provide a security question, please check if you are using the correct treasurer's email address treasurer@arnpriordistrictquiltersguild.com
Caution: We have discovered that some financial institutions require a shorter email address than our treasurer email address. If you encounter this problem with your financial institution, you can use the general guild email address arnpriorquilters@gmail.com
