Fall & Spring Meetings
For our in person meetings, there is no requirement for visitors to register in advance. Cash payment of $5 is accepted at the door.

Winter Zoom Meetings
We welcome visitors to our January, February and March Zoom meetings.

- Visitors must register in advance by submitting the online Visitor Registration Form and submitting the $5 fee by e-transfer.
- Registration opens approximately a week before the meeting and closes at 5pm on the day before the meeting.
- The number of visitors is limited due to our Zoom license limit.
- You will be sent the link to the Zoom meeting via email a day or two prior to the meeting.
- A basic familiarity with Zoom is required by meeting attendees and can be acquired in advance of the meeting using the Learning resources on the Zoom website
To register for a winter Zoom meeting:
- Complete the online Visitor Registration Form.
- Submit the $5 fee by e-Transfer to treasurer@arnpriordistrictquiltersguild.com

Your registration will be confirmed by email on receipt of your visitor form and payment.
