Visitor Registration

Dates of all meetings are listed on the Schedule page.
Fall & Spring Meetings
For our in person meetings, there is no requirement for visitors to register in advance. Cash payment of $5 is accepted at the door.

Winter Zoom Meetings
We welcome visitors to our January, February and March Zoom meetings.

• Visitors must register in advance by submitting the online Visitor Registration Form and submitting the $5 fee by e-transfer. 
• ​Registration opens approximately a week before the meeting  and closes at 5pm on the day before the meeting. 
• The number of visitors is limited due to our Zoom license limit.
• You will be sent the link to the Zoom meeting via email a day or two prior to the meeting.
• A basic familiarity with Zoom is required by meeting attendees and can be acquired in advance of the meeting using the Learning resources on the Zoom website

To register for a winter Zoom meeting:

1. Complete the online Visitor Registration Form.
2. Submit the $5 fee by e-Transfer to treasurer@arnpriordistrictquiltersguild.com​

• ​ Ensure that your name is included either as the Sender, or in the Message area of your institution's e-Transfer form.
•  The guild's bank account is set up for automatic deposits of e-transferred funds so you will not be required to provide a security question. If you do get asked to provide  a security question, please check if you are using the correct treasurer's email address above. 

​​Caution: We have discovered that some financial institutions require a shorter email address than our treasurer email address. If you encounter this problem with your financial institution, you can use the general guild email address arnpriorquilters@gmail.com

​​   Your registration will be confirmed by email on receipt of your visitor form and payment.
